Anchor & Quill has been consulting in the publishing industry since 2016. Based in Washington, D.C., we are licensed to practice state law in Alabama and Texas, and are authorized to practice nationwide on federal matters, specifically in the area of copyright.
Our founder, Sarah F. Henson, has been practicing law since 2008, primarily focusing on contracts and other forms of transactional law. Over her career, Sarah has been in-house counsel for a national corporation, an Associate at a litigation firm, and a publishing attorney for the State Bar of Texas. She is also an award-winning author of young adult fiction.
